Delivery Policy

Domestic Deliveries

We use a courier service for deliveries within Hong Kong to ensure prompt and tracable shipment of your order. We will advise you of the tracking number when your shipment has been sent.

A shipping fee of $35.00 applies on purchases below $750, orders above $750 are inclusive of delivery.

International Deliveries

For international deliveries (including mainland China and Macau) we will use Hong Kong SpeedPost, which provides a tracking service.

We will provide a delivery quotation after you have placed your order and once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment using Hong Kong Post's "Track and Trace".

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and as the importer of record you must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You are responsible for any Customs or other charges associated with the shipment of your order.

Returns Policy

We hope you will enjoy using our products but in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will provide a refund if it is returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date.

A credit for purchases from our online store will be issued at our discretion where the product has been opened.

We cannot provide refunds on the shipping or any customs charges or tariffs applied to the original purchase shipment.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required and must be submitted with your return request.

Mis-shipments, Missing Items, Damaged Items

If there are any issues with your order please inform us within three business days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items if we do not receive notification within this time period.

Promotions / Discounted Items / Items on Sale / Clearance Items

These are sold as FINAL SALE and no Refunds will be issued for these items

Unreasonable Returns

Simply Better reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.
